There is a special place in our hearts for those we have loved, for those who have loved us without question, without a word or promise. ....... There is a special place where there is no pain or fear, where love flows freely......... There is a special place to rest in our hearts forever. (Author Unknown) |

IN LOVING MEMORY OF JACK & BELLA Jack was our 12-year-old German Shepherd who we lost to Cancer in June of 2004. Jack was a gift from me to my husband when we first started dating back in 1992, so the way we look at it is, Jack was with us from the start of our great relationship! Not a vacation went by that he did not go on with us and he especially loved going camping. He would sleep soundly in the tent and then during the day we would hike and swim. Those were the best times. He was such a devoted dog and we could not have loved him more. He meant the world to us. Jack was the "King" as we would call him and our house has not been the same since he has been gone and honestly it never will be. We think of him every day. *************** Bella was our 2 1/2-year-old German Shepherd who we lost tragically on February 22, 2005. This was one of the most devastating days of our lives and the reason for that is, we never had the chance to say good-bye. She was a gift from my husband for my birthday, what a great surprise that was!!!! We called her "Baby Bella" and let me tell you, she was the biggest baby ever. She was so very special to us, slept in bed with us every night and we would cuddle and fall asleep together. Like our Jack, Bella went on every vacation with us and on our camping trips she was so funny, she would go up to the tent and wait for us to let her in, she wanted to go to bed! It was so cute, we would be around the fire hanging out and our Baby Bella would be sleeping on our mattress all comfortable in the tent. She really made us laugh and smile. We miss her more than words can say and not a day goes by that we don't think of her. ******************** Our Jack and Bella are together at Rainbow Bridge now and I know they are happy together. |
