| I'm very sorry to report that our precious Dusty began her journey to Rainbow Bridge on June 28 following a very short battle with kidney failure. Her passing was just a reminder to us that they can go very quickly so we must give them all the love we can give them while they're here with us. On my previous update page, I reported that Dusty was doing so well for her age. Shortly after that page was published, she began to lose her appetite and the vet diagnosed her with kidney failure. She tried very hard to eat, but that was only because we asked her to. She quickly became very weak and after only a week or so, she told us it was time for her to leave. At the age of 18, Dusty became the oldest dog to share my life, beating Tara who went to the Bridge at the age of 17. Dusty will be forever missed, but her spirit will always be in our home. | ALL THE DOGS IN MY LIFE haven't entered the world of blogging (yet). (Actually, Mom doesn't trust them online by themselves) :o) They do, however, wish to join blogger paws in the "PAWS OF PRAYER" for all animals and their humans who are sick, injured, or in need of prayers.
